Rack can be adjusted 360 degress from the clamp with the four mounting bolts. All bolts are stainless steel. Fits both vertical and horizontal tower bars at virtually any angle.

Fits boards up to 2 3/8 inch thick. Bungee cord to secure your boards. Gets your boards off the floor of your boat. Clamp is 2 ½ inch. 3 rubber spacers are included to reduce it to fit 2.25 and 2 inch tower tubes.
