I hope this makes its way into the hands of someone who truly appreciates the history. I would, in my novice opinion, call the condition fair. I removed from frame and photographed water stains on back, edges cropped, crease in center and tiny rip at top left. Again, study photos as this is not my area. It is unique in that it is one of the few original bills left from this Santa Monica/Pasadena show.
