Rick Griffin Tribute Surf Art Pacific Vibrations Original Pencil Sketch with COA

  
Incredible opportunity to own a ONE OF A KIND piece of surf art history! Cherry toned 14" x 20" hinged shadow box opens up. Thin white matting strip in frame says Rick Griffin at the bottom edge. Inside is a mini Pacific Vibrations poster cut out from an unknown book. It has been mounted on white foam core. Below is a framed original pencil sketch of "Surfing Skeletons" by Rick Griffin. 3 surfing skeletons on artist vellum. The sketch is inside of another black frame over white card stock. In 1990 Griffin designed art for a Grateful Dead tour and album cover using skeleton imagery. One of Griffin's images used a surfing skeleton just like the one on the left.

The COA from the Rick Griffin Estate if for the surfing skeleton sketch only. COA is attached to the back in a clear envelope. This has to be the most incredible COA I've ever seen!

Embossed "Heart & Torch" Rick Griffin Estate gold seal. This is a museum quality art piece that will most certainly go up in value.
