If the gauge doesnt work, try to twist the gauge down and re-install it! The PSI gauge will not start to register until the board has reached at least 7 PSI. The board can take shape and appear hard to the touch below 7 PSI so continue to pump until the PSI gauge begins to read. You cannot over inflate the board with the included hand pump. We recommend you pump the board to 12-15 PSI before use.
