Hobie 1990 Phil Edwards (signed) Surfboard 9ft, Surfing, Longboard

  
I bought this brand new from Huntington Surf & Sport right about 1990. Corky Carroll (the legend himself) was the salesman. It is Hobie serial number #8450 and is a Phil Edwards signature board (see photos). The board weighs 16 lbs.

This saw lots of water days up until approximately 2005 when health, family, & circumstances curtailed further use. It has been a wall decoration ever since. It has a couple minor dings, a slight amount of sun discoloration, and some deck depressions from normal use. The most noticeable top deck depressions were caused by years of knee paddling (last photo).

I have tried to spotlight every flaw, but please also note the photos that show. Tail block, leash mount, and fin box are as well as the board overall. Please study the photos to determine the condition for yourself. This board was never abused.

The Robert August fin is included in the sale. Total weight of board & box would be under 50 lbs. Please contact me if you have questions or want better photos of a specific area.
