Hobie 1964 Vintage 10'2 Surfboard

  

I have a vintage unrestored 10'2 Hobie Classic surfboard. I don't think it has ever been surfed as there is not a single pressure dent. The top is spotless (so a great wall hanger) and there are a only a few blemishes visible from the bottom that are pictured. I was asked a few times if the board is original or if it has been refurbished, so this is the story. A buddy of mine bought a house that has been sitting vacant for 50 years (2 doctors owned it).

The board has been sitting in the basement for all those years in it's original condition. It has not been restored or touched since then, to my knowledge.
