Duke Kahanamoku 1967 Ricky Grigg trophy set--this is an insane set (4 items), that includes Ricky Grigg's personal 1967 duke trophy, heavy red cotton competition shirt with duke logos (cannot verify what competitor owned this shirt but from contest), color print showing Duke, Ricky and da boyz at the invitational surfing championships, and Ricky's personalized book autographed to me identifying my ownership of his trophy with second autograph on foto of him with Duke. Doesn't get any better than this!!! This is from my personal surfing collection. Ricky was a great surfer and renowned oceanographer.

Ricky won the Duke Invitational in 1966. This would've been his 1967 trophy competing the next year as reigning champ. I feel privileged to have met a surfing pioneer. Additional fotos and specific descriptions, can be provided.

Everything here is real, vintage and historical. And as always the accuracy of my descriptions are based on previous owners, friends, ohana, stories, etc. I'm always open to updates, corrections, etc. I will not parcel anything out. If anything, just super stoked to share this awesome set...
